Ladybug Jewelry Dish with Fennel Flowers and Gold Accents
Ladybugs are not only the protectors of the garden, they are also said to foretell good luck and romance. This ladybug ceramic dish features a cute ladybug and is perfect for jewelry, trinkets, a special ring, or an incense cone. The ceramic dish is imprinted with a real fennel flower. The rim is accented with real 22kt gold.
This ladybug ceramic dish is made from smooth porcelain-like stoneware clay, dried, bisque fired, glazed, and high-fired once more at approximately 2200 degrees Fahrenheit. The glaze is a glossy warm white with the beauty of a kiln-fired ceramic, showing off the intricate detail of the hand-painted fennel flower. Real 22kt gold is applied and then fired a third time to bond the gold to the piece. It is a labor intensive process that is worth the extra step.

These ceramics are individually made by hand from start to finish, using actual flowers, and slight variations and organic shapes are what makes them unique pieces of art.
