Pink Daisy and Lavender Jewelry Holder, Ceramic Dish with Flower Imprint
This ceramic jewelry holder is covered with handpainted daisies and lavender and has a real 22kt gold accent on the rim. Handmade from start to finish, using flowers from my own garden, creating a special spot for your rings, earrings, other jewelry, or incense cones.
This ceramic dish is made from smooth porcelain-like stoneware clay, dried, bisque fired, glazed, and high-fired once more at approximately 2200 degrees Fahrenheit. The flowers are imprinted from an actual flowers and then handpainted with shades of purple, blue, pink, and green underglazes. The glaze is a glossy soft clear.
Real gold is applied to the rim in a special process designed for ceramics, and the piece is fired a third time to bond the gold. It's a labor intensive process with a beautiful result.

Slight variations in colorand organic shapes in handcrafted ceramics are what make them perfectly unique pieces of art. Please allow for very slight variations as each dish is formed organically by hand one at a time, and made from real flowers and real leaves
